noisy.crazy.autorikshaws.....

Every day i read and research about all things that fascinates; intriguies;irritates; attracts me. And each search makes me realise that theres lot more that we are unaware of to any thing that we take for granted. One of my friends, Surabhi told me "why dont u put these things on the blog so it will be a documented search and all ur friends will be able to utilise ur searches and gain from it".
So here i am surabhi.. :)

i love our autorickshaws and i was doing an illustration of an autorikshaw (soon ill put tht up too)
that when i started this search on autorickshaws...

i love the autorickshaws . and love them the way they are. I am not sure how many have come across this concept autorickshaw here. i just hope this will never have to come into our streets and throw away our beautiful autos which people feel very free to customize and decorate unlike other automtives.

i think that in such cases designers should take a stand and protect such beauty and just let the common people do the aesthetics for the framework as it happens with autorickshaws now. look at what a great vareity is seen in auto-rickshaws... woud be like killing to let something like thts TVS one to take over.
ah.... not to forget auto-rickshawas' hand painted graphics. check some here on someones flickr profile i came across... thanks to tht great soul who also likes graphics on streets like me and spent some time to upload it for us..
